J. Sewell Elliott, Jr. is a fourth generation attorney who's been practicing law in Macon, Georgia, since 1974. Mr. Elliott is a Vice President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, since 1987, a past President and currently active member of the Middle Georgia Workers' Compensation Claimant's Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and a past President and current member of the Macon Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Elliott limits his practice to representation of individuals in connection with Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury claims. Mr. Elliott, Jr. also handles preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate matters.
